We carry an extensive inventory of parts and supplies and our knowledgeable staff is available to provide prompt service and helpful advice.

  • We stock a full line of Electrolux, Wascomat, ADC, Whirlpool and Maytag parts.
  • We also carry parts for other major brands such as SpeedQueen, Huebsch, UniMac, Milnor, Chicago, Cissell, Dexter and Continental Girbau among many others.
  • Chances are if they make the part, we either carry it or can locate it for you quickly!
  • As authorized distributors of Procter & Gamble vended laundry supplies, we stock the full line of P&G laundry soaps and fabric softeners, as well as other major brands of soaps and fabric softeners.
  • We carry wash & fold and dry cleaning supplies such as hangers, laundry bags, drop tickets, etc.

Our parts and supplies service desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM.

We ship exclusively with UPS and offer Next Day Red, Second Day Blue, 3rd Day Delivery and Ground shipping options.  Tracking capabilities are available for all shipments.

We want satisfied customers! If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us at 1-(800) 518-9274 for a return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of your invoice. All returns require proof of purchase. Returned parts or products must be in good condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed in a machine are not eligible for return. Some items such as special order, non-stock and discontinued items may not be returnable. Electrical parts are not returnable. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returned parts. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility on returned items and shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.


All warranties will be handled in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines.  Manufacturers are solely responsible for all final warranty approvals.  The time period allowed for warranty replacement varies by manufacturer.  Please refer to the documentation that came with your machine for specific information.  No warranty is extended for replacement parts that are purchased for out-of-warranty machines.  Parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be charged to the customer until credit is given to Automated Laundry by the manufacturer. All parts must be returned within 15 days so that we may process the claim.

We know that when your machine is down, you are losing business. Our friendly and knowledgeable service staff are available to meet your emergency repair needs as well as provide routine, preventive maintenance. Our service vans are stocked with parts and supplies with the goal of fixing it right the first time to avoid costly down time and aggravating delays. Our service staff are fully trained and receive continuing education on all of our products.
